Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.L.Nageshwar Rao, learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, and Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.6/Legal Services Authority.
“…. to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not implementing the award passed by the National Lok Adalat, High Court of AP, Amaravathi, Nelapadu, Guntur District in WP.No.14558 of 2019 dated 08.02.2020 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents to implement the award passed by the National Lok Adalat, High Court of AP, Amaravathi, Nelapadu, Guntur District in WP.No.14558 of 2019 dated 08.02.2020 without any further delay and pass….”
“Both parties/counsel present before Lok Adalat Bench and agreed to settle the matter before Lok Adalat Bench amicably. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue agreed to receive and process the subject documents by following the guidelines issued by Government of A.P. vide G.O.Ms.No.279,

dt.04.07.2016. The counsel for petitioner consented for the same.
In view of the above terms, an award is passed, with the consent of both the parties/counsel before Lok Adalat Bench.”
From a reading of the above order, it is clear that the learned Government Pleader for Revenue agreed to receive and process the subject documents by following the guidelines of Government of Andhra Pradesh issued in G.O.Ms.No.279, dated 4.7.2016, which was agreed upon by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Their inaction led to filing of the present writ petition.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
