ORDER:- (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar)

Heard Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent; and perused the record.

Against the order dated 01.03.2021 passed in I.A.No.1569 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.330 of 2019 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru, wherein the request of the petitioner-father for access to academic and health records of his children was rejected, the present revision petition came to be filed.

Though various grounds are raised, Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, the learned counsel for the respondent, submits across the bar that the progress report of the children and the report about the health condition of the children of the petitioner shall be placed before the Court where O.P. is pending and the petitioner can obtain the same by filing necessary application.

The same is not seriously opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to file the progress report and also the medical reports or a certificate from Government Doctor showing the health condition of two children, who are now studying 7^th and 5^th Classes in C.R. Reddy Public School, Eluru,

before the trial Court in G.W.O.P.No.330 of 2019 within a period of four (4) weeks from today. In which event, the petitioner shall make an appropriate application and seek copies of the same. Insofar as the request of the petitioner to attend annual functions, teacher-parent meetings etc., we feel that since the children are in custody of mother, it may not be proper to permit the petitioner to attend the said meetings/functions at this stage. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in

this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
