The present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.137 of 2020 on the file of the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge – cum – Family Court, Nellore within one month and grant such other relief as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case.

deal with the same in accordance with law. Under these circumstances, the question of giving a direction for disposal of the O.P. itself on merits would not arise. It is well established practice that O.P. for divorce by mutual consent will be taken up after the stipulated period of time and appropriate orders will be passed on that day itself. Instead of approaching this Court, the petitioner could have as well taken necessary steps before the trial Court itself.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
