ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners Sri K.Rathanga Pani Reddy would submit that the present matter is a double registration and on the same subject C.R.P.No.166/2021 was already numbered and hence, the present C.R.P. may be dismissed.
Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any, pending for consideration shall stand closed.
