ORDER:-
The present civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the order dated 30.11.2016 in I.A.No.920 of 2016 in FCOP No.86 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter become infructuous.
Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infurctuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
