CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1027 OF 2021
ORDER:
At the hearing, Sri K.Jitender, learned counsel representing Sri Vasu Sekhar Peravali, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to avail the remedy open to the revision petitioner in accordance with law.
Permission as sought for is accorded to avail the remedy open and the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. Office to return the certified copies, if any. There shall be no order as to costs of the Civil Revision Petition.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
