ORDER:-
This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short „Cr.P.C.‟) seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.1 in connection with FIR No.49 of 2020, dated 05.08.2020 on the file of the G.Madugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, wherein the petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 120B r/w 34 IPC, Sec.20(B)(C) r/w 8(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for brevity “ NDPS Act ”), Sections 3 and 5 E Act, Sec.8(1)(2) of APPS Act, Sec.10, 13(II), 17, 18 and 20 of UAP Act, 1967.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
