ORDER:-
This petition is filed under Section 438 of Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) seeking pre arrest bail to the petitioner/accused No.2 in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No.128 of 2021 of S.Rayavaram Police Station, Visakhapatnam District for the offences punishable under Sections 354(a), 376 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short IPC).
