ORDER :-
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful violation of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.25816 of 2020, dated 07.01.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 07.01.2021 in W.P.No.25816 of 2020 has been complied with. Hence, no orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.
In view of categorical submission, this Court is of the opinion
that nothing further survives for adjudication in this matter.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this
case shall stand closed.
