This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 23.12.2020 in W.P.No.24734 of 2020.
Heard Mr. G. Rajasekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners. He submits that the respondents have issued G.O.Ms.No.220 dated 12.08.2021 denotifying the land which is the subject matter of the aforesaid writ petition, and in such a view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt case.
In view of the above submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the contempt case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
