O R D E R:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act to summon the respondents and punish them for willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 20.08.2019 passed in WP No.11735 of 2019.
During hearing, Sri S.Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents complied with the order dated 20.08.2019 passed by this Court in WP No.11735 of 2019.
Recording the submissions, no further adjudication is necessary, and accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent/contemnor.
Miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
