ORDER:
The Writ Petition No.23908 of 2017 was filed with the grievance that the representation of the petitioner to transfer the 6th respondent in the said writ petition was not being considered. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court on 27.07.2017 with a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Thereupon, the present Contempt Case was filed on the ground that the said representation was not being considered. A counter has now been filed disclosing that the said representation was considered and disposed of on 14.03.2018.
In view of the said order, the present contempt case is closed, as there is compliance of the order of the Court.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
