ORDER:
Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 12.12.2019 in W.P.No.20292 of 2019 has been complied with. Therefore, he submits that the Contempt Case can be closed.
In view of the categorical submission, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further survives for adjudication in this matter.
Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
