ORDER :
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus , declaring the action of the respondents in seeking to evict the petitioners from their house plots in Sy.No.60 of Mettu Village, Chittamur Mandal under the scheme ‘Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illu’ without considering the claims of the petitioners or allotment of house plots in their possession, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of the house plots in Sy.No.60 of Mettu Village, Chittamur Mandal and further direct the 4th respondent to issue house site pattas in favour of the petitioners in respect of Sy.No.60 of Mettu Village, Chittamur Mandal.
At the stage of admission, leaned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents fairly conceded that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 30.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1675 of 2020.
Since the dispute is covered by the order of this Court dated 30.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1675 of 2020, this Writ petition is allowed, in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 30.01.2020 in W.P.No.1675 of 2020, to this order.
