After some arguments, Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition for availing appropriate remedy.
Accordingly the Writ Petition stands disposed of with indication that the petitioners may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
