HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.4234 of 2020
ORDER:
The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent in calling the petitioner to police station regarding Crime No.34 of 2019 of Anantapuramu III Town Police Station, ignoring the approval given by 3rd respondent vide Ref/SDPO-A/2019 dated 08.07.2019 to close the case as the same is civil in nature, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction.
