ORDER:
The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents, particularly, respondents 2 to 4, in taking away the lands admeasuring Ac.3.00 cents situated in S.No.180/1, Aratlakatla Village, Palakollu Mandal belonging to the 7th respondent for providing house sites, without initiating any land acquisition proceedings or following due process of law, as illegal and for a consequential direction.
