Since in all the three writ petitions, similar relief has been sought for, they have been taken up together and are being disposed of by this common order.

In the aforesaid three writ petitions, the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not permitting them to run their theatres as per ticket admission prices mentioned in their respective applications. In view of the order passed in W.P.No.18779 pf 2014 and connected writ petitions, dated 31.10.2016, learned senior counsel for the petitioners by placing reliance on an order, dated 25.07.2019 passed in W.P. Nos.9734, 9420 and 9881 of 2019, submits that in consonance with the order passed in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, again this Court has disposed of the said writ petitions permitting the petitioners to collect the rates of admission as mentioned in their respective representations to the respondents regarding a particular movie. It has been submitted that in terms of same order, the petitioners may be allowed to collect the rates of admission as mentioned in their respective representations for a new movie namely ‘World Famous Lover’.

Accordingly, there is no reason to pass a different order and these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of order, dated 31.10.2016 passed in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and other connected writ petitions and also in W.P.Nos.9734, 9420 and 9881 of 2019. The petitioners are permitted to collect the rates of admission as mentioned in their respective representations. It is made clear that the petitioners shall inform to the

authorities concerned as to the ticket rates, which they intend to collect in

respect of all classes. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
