THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.24891 of 2020
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the suspension orders of the 2nd respondent in R.C.No.H.R/Field Assistant/Penagaluru(M)/2019, dated 09.01.2020 thereby suspending the petitioner as Field Assistant from Nallapureddypalle Gram Panchayat, Penagalur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice, contrary to the provisions of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme Act, 2005 and offends Articles 14 & 21 of Constitution of India and consequently suspend the orders of the 2nd respondent dated 09.01.2020 in R.C.No.H.R./Field Assistant/Penagaluru (M)/2019 and direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to attend to his duties and to pass such other order or orders…..”
