ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that a representation was in-fact sent to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner but they are not in a position to file any proof of actual service. Therefore, he seeks liberty from this Court to make a fresh application for regularization of the petitioner.
On the other hand, learned Government Pleader strongly objects to any liberty being granted. According to him, G.O.Ms.no.41, School Education (PS) Department, dated 30.06.2017, has prescribed certain dates which according to him have lapsed and, therefore, the petitioner has no right to make a representation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to an order passed by a learned single Judge of this Court in WP.no.11170 of 2019 wherein according to him the issue of the dates mentioned in G.O.Ms.no.41 was adequately considered and answered.

In view of the limited prayer that is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not want to go into the merits or the demerits of the matter.
The petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh proposal/representation within fifteen (15) days from today. The respondents are directed to dispose of the representation strictly in accordance with law and the applicable GOs within four (4) weeks thereafter. The 3rd respondent is also directed to keep in mind the orders that have been passed by various learned single Judges of this Court.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
