ORDER :
This petition is filed questioning the G.O.Rt.No.661, dated 17.10.2019 appointing three members Non-Official Person-InCharge Committee to the 5th respondent bank.
Both the learned counsel states that vide G.O.Rt.No.753, dated 20.11.2019 has issued the Government and withdrawn the earlier G.O.Rt.No.661, dated 17.10.2019 and the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive any further for adjudication and became infructuous.
In view of the said submission of both the counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also
stand closed.
