ORDER:
When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the respondent No.4 has registered the case as Crime No.23 of 2020 on 03.02.2020 and the investigation at present is under way.
2. In that view of the matter, nothing remains in this writ petition
to pass any order. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
