ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the impugned letter dated 07.02.2020 issued by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed
as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall
stand closed.
