that this case has been uploaded twice by mistake and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to pursue the other writ petition filed for the same relief.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the
liberty as sought for.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand
closed. No order as to costs.
