“to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ declaring the inaction of the Second Respondent in not passing any orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2020, not receiving and not registering the Sale Certificate dated 23.01.2020 produced by the petitioner for the Property in “Item 1 is that, All that piece and parcel of an Undivided specified share of 35 Square Yards out of an extent of 460 Square Yards, situated at Sy.No.131/2B at Sri Sai Krishna Apartments, Near Saibaba Temple, Patamata, Vijayawada, Krishna District within the SRO Patamata and Item 2 is All that piece and parcel of Municipal Door bearing Number-59A-9-14, Flat No.401, in an extent of 760 Square Feet in Fourth Floor, A Block, Sri Sai Krishna Apartments, Near Saibaba Temple, Patamata, Vijayawada, Krishna District within the SRO Patamata” (Herein after called the Subject Property), under the guise of the alleged attachment letter issued by the third respondent, which is contrary to the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, contrary to the Registration Act, and also contrary to the Judgments of this Hon’ble Court in similar matters, as such this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the second respondent to register the Sale Certificate produced by the petitioner, for the above mentioned property”.
