JUDGMENT: (Per AVSS,J)
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that subsequent to filing of the present Family Court Appeal, the parties to the Appeal have filed F.C.O.P.No.779 of 2020 before the Family Court, Visakhapatnam, seeking divorce by mutual consent, under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed in
consequence.
