When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Penumaka Venkat Rao, learned counsel representing Sri C.Masthan Naidu, learned counsel for the appellant on record, that both the appellant and the respondent are staying together and that there are instructions from his client not to press the appeal. A letter to the said effect is also filed by the learned counsel into the Registry.
Recording the above submission, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
