This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decree dated 28.01.2017 passed in E.P.No. 15 of 2016 in O.S.No.120 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor.
As per the information available on Case Information System (CIS), the E.P. has already been closed on 10.07.2017. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
