ORDER :
No representation for the petitioner on the last two occasions i.e., on 18.08.2020 and 25.08.2020. Today also, there is no representation, when the matter is called through video conferencing. Already this matter was posted earlier under the caption ‘for dismissal’, still there is no representation today. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in
the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
