ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Sri Malladi Naga Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the main O.P.No.685/2012 on the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada is disposed of and appeal is pending before the trial Court, the matter has become infructuous and may be dismissed.
Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous . No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
