ORDER:-
At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ de facto complainant that the notice sent to respondent No.2/accused was returned with an endorsement that the addressee died. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case.
