O R D E R:-
Sri A.Jaya Sankara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioneraccused, submits that the petitioner died, as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
In view of the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case
is dismissed as abated.

stand disposed of as infructuous.
