ORDER:-
The revision petitioner is the respondent in M.C.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Araku. The said petition was filed against him under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “Cr.P.C.”) by the petitioner therein on the ground that she is the legally wedded wife of the revision petitioner herein. The said petition was allowed granting maintenance.
