ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition with a liberty to approach the concerned learned Sessions Judge by filing an appropriate petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn
with liberty as sought for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
