This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash Docket order dated 07.06.2013 passed in CC.No.31 of 2013 on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class(Special Mobile Court), Ongole.
As per the information available on Case Information System (CIS), the aforesaid case has already been disposed of on 03.06.2016. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
