ORDER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, questioning the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in concluding the investigation and filing charge sheet in Cr.No.82 of 2017, dated 16-06-2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506 read with 34 IPC, declare the same as illegal and arbitrary, consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to file a charge sheet after completing the investigation.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
