This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and seeking declaration of right of enjoyment in the agricultural land in question, with a further direction that without following due process of law, the petitioner may not be evicted.
Learned Government Pleader representing the State has stated across the Bar that if any action is proposed against the petitioner, they will follow the procedure as prescribed by law and without such procedure, they will not evict her.
After hearing the learned Government Pleaders for the respondents and learned counsel for the petitioner, they consented that this Writ Petition may be disposed of with the observations made above.
Considering the aforesaid, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by consent. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be evicted without following due process of law.
