HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO Writ Petition No.3786 of 2019
ORDER:
On 11-06-2019, when the matter came up for admission, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 18-06-2019. Thereafter, the matter adjourned from time to time till 04-07-2019. On 04-07-2019, when the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for orders” to 11-07-2019. On 11-07-2019, though the matter is posted under the caption “for orders”, there is no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter is finally directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” on 12-072019. Even today also, when the matter is called on for admission, there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing the matter. Hence, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for default.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
