THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.2392 OF 2019
ORDER :
Learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P. Prabhakar Rao represented that he is the Counsel on record as on date and his name is also printed in the cause list. But a memo is filed stating that Sri Siva Sankara Rao Borra filed vakalat without obtaining any no objection from Sri P. Prabhakar Rao. But Sri P. Prabhakar Rao represented that he has no objection, if he is discharged from the case and accordingly, Sri P. Prabhakar Rao is discharged.
The petitioner appeared in person before this Court and identified by present Counsel Sri Siva Sankara Rao Borra, she stated that she is not interested to prosecute the proceedings, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the same. In view of representation by the petitioner personally and Counsel Sri Siva Sankara Rao Borra, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
