ORDER:
When the matter was called on 08.07.2018 under the caption ‘for orders’, for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon, as such the matter was directed to be posted to today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
