ORDER:
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 28.09.2019 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar(Judicial).
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There
shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall
stand closed.
