It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of the orders of this Court dated 03.12.2019 in thepresent Writ Petition, thepetitioner herein paid a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees twelve lakhs only) toward first and second installments and he requires some more time forpayment of the balance a mou nt.'
Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, six weeks time is granted for payment of the balance amount as per clause (4) of paragraph No.6 of the order. lt is also made clear that the other conditions shall remain intact.
