This petition is filed seeking to withdraw HMOP No. 42 of 2018 on the file of the court of Senior Civil Judge, Sompeta, Srikakulam, and transfer the same to the court of Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasam District, where HMOP No.10 of 2016, which was filed by the petitioner was pending.
