Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the truck had been provisionally released on payment of Rs.2,00,000/-. He further submits that he has filed an application under Section 128 of the Customs Act, 1962.

In light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the authorities to expeditiously decide the application filed under Section 128 of Customs Act, 1962 by the petitioner.
