Heard Sri Tarun Agarwal, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Prakhar Saran Srivastava, Advocate for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Anjali Upadhya, Advocate for the respondent no. 2.

It is contended by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to cancellation of allotment of Plot No.206, Sector -Knowledge Park-V, Greater Noida, the petitioner had preferred a revision, under Section 41(3) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. As the revision was pending consideration, the petitioner filed Writ - C No. 33958 of 2025, which was disposed of vide order of this Court dated 25.09.2025, directing the respondent no. 1 to decide the application for interim relief within three weeks and the entire revision expeditiously within a period of two months.

It is contended by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the said revision was finally heard on 15.10.2025, but till date no order has been passed. It is further contended that in the meantime, the respondent no. 2 has proceeded to allot the plot in question.
