It is stated that, notwithstanding the endorsement made by the petitioner and consented to for an agreement, till date neither the sale deed has been executed nor, in lieu thereof, the sale consideration passed on to the petitioner. It is further stated that the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss and injury on account of inaction on the part of the authority.

Let the instructions be placed on 27.2.2026 at 12:00 p.m.
