Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage on 26.01.2026. They have apprehension of life threat from respondent no. 4.

Per contra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that no proof in respect of age of the petitioner no. 1 has been appended and the petitioners have not applied online for registration of their marriage and also no affidavit was filed by the petitioner no. 1.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks time to obtain instructions in the matter.
