1. Heard Shri Aniket Raj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Shri Pankaj Khare, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondent(s).

2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioner has sought for the following substantial reliefs:-

"(i) to issue suitable order, orders or direction in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the Learned Additional District Magistrate (East), Lucknow to expeditiously dispose of Application bearing No. D202610460000341 (Re; DCB Bank Ltd.vs. Sampurna Nand Yadav) under Section-14 of Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 in such time and manner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. In spite of the fact that the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 has been filed on January 01, 2026, no orders have been passed by the authority concerned.

4. Accordingly, we direct the authority concerned to take necessary
