Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioner no.1 is a major women aged about 26 years and the petitioner no.2 is a major boy aged about 27 years. Earlier marriage of the petitioner no.1 was solemnized with one Praveen Mishra but he committed suicide one year ago. The petitioner no.1 has two minor children aged about 5 years and 2 years. After death of first husband, the petitioner no.1 had solemnized second marriage with petitioner no.2. The photographs of the marriage has been appended alongwith the present petition. It is further submitted that the respondent no.5-Ram Pal Mishra and respondent no.6-Mohit Chauhan, who was ex-friend of the petitioner no.1, are constantly harassing the petitioners. The petitioner no.5 is making pressure to take custody of minor children of the petitioner no.1. It is also submitted that the petitioners have applied online for registration for their marriage.

On the other hand, Shri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel stated that neither the death certificate of the first husband of the petitioner no.1 nor the marriage certificate of the petitioners has been appended alongwith the present writ petition. He has to verify the contents of the petition. He prays for and is granted two weeks time to enable him to obtain instructions in the matter.
