Sri M.K.Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Akhilesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for sometime fairly submitted that he has received instructions that this writ petition be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file independent applications under Rule 9 of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Registration of Electors) Rules, 1994 for inclusion of their respective names in the concern voter list.

Sri Prakhar Saran Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has no objection against the aforesaid submission.

In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty and with further observation that if respective applications are filed by the petitioners under the aforesaid provisions, same be decided expeditiously, if there is no other legal impediment.
